Henry Crow / Ozuya

Director of Community Relationships

Ozuya Crow (Oglala Lakota), Director of Community Relationships, believes deeply in the power of storytelling as a sacred act of cultural survival and truth-telling. He sees storytelling as a way to honor ancestors, ignite change, and amplify the voices of Indigenous communities.

For Ozuya, relationships are everything. He has built his career on cultivating trust with elders, youth, community members, and partners, guided by Indigenous values of reciprocity and respect. He is dedicated to transforming philanthropy from a transactional process into one that is relational, intentional, and rooted in the lived realities of the people it serves.

At Tiwahe Foundation, Ozuya brings this full-hearted vision to his work. He is committed to bridging the gap between donors and communities in a way that honors cultural knowledge, uplifts Indigenous leadership, and supports a future where Indigenous people thrive on their own terms. His work embodies the spirit of Tiwahe: family, kinship, and collective care.
